Adam & Eve hot and warm waxes from Australia, made with only the highest quality ingredients and essential oils, shrink wrap the hair, not the skin, causing less irritation. The after wax lotions calm and reduce redness and work well as an all purpose soothing lotion for all skin types - these are available to buy.

Massage can not only help you to relax, but can also ease muscular tension caused by poor posture, exercise and stress.
As well as being extremely beneficial for the body, massage can help to soothe the mind which will then encourage better sleep and lift your mood.
